This series of crusher is a new energy-saving crusher successfully improved and developed by Beijing Metallurgical Equipment
Research Institute on the basis of introducing and digesting the overseas simple pendulum jaw crusher.
Compared with other new or old fine crushers, this series of crusher has the following advantages:
Free of friction crushing; long service life of jaw plate, with only 2kg steel consumption for crushing one hundred tons of ore
(including residual lining plate); generally, service life of jaw plate is 5-10 times higher than that of PE series.
High performance-cost ratio (cost effective). Compared with other types of fine crusher, its price is 1/4-1/2 times lower, and its
maintenance cost is 1/3-1/5 times lower.
Crushing in the whole chamber, which improves swallowing capacity of the crusher, ensures uniform crushing grain size, and
increases the processing rate by 15-30%, compared with similar mills.
Its safety protection unit is simple, practical, safe and reliable, which can restore quickly after overload. Thus, it can save time
and relieve the worker's labor intensity.
- Notes for model selection
JC56 and JC4060 are medium and coarse crushers; JC1675 is superfine crusher; Both thin oil station and electric control cabinet
are standard fittings; Belt pulley and motor are arranged on the left and right respectively, for the convenience of parallel connection
of multiple units, which can be determined as per a customer's requirements. If there is no special requirement, it will be made in
accordance with the manufacturer's drawings.
